Marketing Executive Opportunity

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

You will develop and execute B2B marketing plans to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos and professional networks.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Drive digital presence via B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.

Apart from the requirements, it would be an added advantage if you have:

  • Existing network of contacts in OEM/ODM industries.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Passionate about electronics and product development.
