Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned creative professional to join our team as a Senior Creative Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative campaigns across multiple brands, focusing on delivering exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on pitch strategies and presentations, ensuring cohesive and compelling narratives.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients for approval, utilizing clear and concise communication skills.
  • Ensure award-winning quality in all creative work and pursue industry recognition through rigorous research and analysis.
  • Report to the Creative Lead and receive guidance, feedback, and references, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks and projects, promoting cross-functional collaboration and synergy.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team, leveraging expertise to drive creative excellence.
  • Communicate complex briefs to junior creatives for efficient project management, facilitating seamless workflow and effective teamwork.
  • Manage revisions based on internal and external feedback, adhering to realistic timelines and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Present throughout the production process, from idea to final product delivery, showcasing a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, target audiences, and industry trends, informing data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
