• Research & Analysis
• Conduct primary and secondary research on GBS-specific topics, including location selection strategy, service management, governance models, process maturity, talent management, digital transformation, and the use of AI in GBS.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across the US and Europe to address key business challenges related to Global Business Services (GBS).
• Develop actionable insights for client projects by analyzing data gathered from comprehensive research.
• Support client inquiries and strategic projects by collaborating with Senior Analysts, Team Leaders, Managers, and Research Directors.
• Deliverables
• Own and manage client deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely submission.
• Develop client-ready reports, presentations, and business analysis documents.
• Internal Research & Development
• Utilize proprietary research and industry benchmarks to enhance deliverables.
• Participate in knowledge-building activities and contribute to the development of new advisory tools and frameworks.
• Business Development Support
• Assist in ad hoc research and business development projects to support the growth of the advisory program.

• Technical & Analytical Skills
• Strong background in secondary and primary research methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analytics, quantitative analysis, and research databases.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and report generation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
