Head of Client Servicing and Business Development

At PEOPLEOCITY LLP, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Client Servicing Team as the Head of Client Servicing and Business Development. This role requires a dynamic and experienced individual with exceptional business acumen to drive business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain a client-centric approach across all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of client servicing professionals to ensure high performance, motivation, and career growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met consistently.
  • Identify and nurture new opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, improve client satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company, fostering a culture of being process-driven to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality in the team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing or account management roles within the exhibitions, events, or advertising industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and process orientation.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business plans.
  • Proficiency in project management concepts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required for client meetings, industry events, and project installations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Creative problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
