Data Analysis Specialist

This is a full-time role in our research department where you will work on various projects and assist with data analysis, literature reviews, and competitive analysis.
You will be part of a team that focuses on delivering high-quality insights to support product development and business strategy. As a Research Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your analytical skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough literature reviews across academic papers, industry reports, and standards.
- Analyze competitors and adjacent solutions using feature matrices and benchmarks.
- Collect and clean data from trusted sources and public datasets.
- Run structured analyses in spreadsheets or Python or SQL to validate hypotheses.
- Assist in evaluation runs for models or prompts or extraction pipelines and summarize results.
- Maintain research logs, assumptions, and references for auditability.
- Create visuals such as tables, simple charts, and process diagrams to explain findings.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in research, analytics, or a related field. You should be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, have basic knowledge of Python or SQL, and excellent communication skills.
