Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business strategies.
  • Develop predictive analytics solutions using machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, and random forest.
  • Build concept and category models using text mining algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data analysis is integrated into business processes.
  • Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis capabilities.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience working with big data tools and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
