The role of a Japanese Language Expert involves providing expert analysis, documentation, and diagramming services to ensure timely solutions and smooth project execution.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers to provide innovative solutions and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough analysis of technical issues and providing timely solutions
- Documenting and diagramming work for hand-off to ensure seamless project execution
- Offering expertise in cloud technologies, databases, and programming languages as needed
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or technical setting
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven hands-on experience in SCRUM or Project Management
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Certifications in Japanese language proficiency JLPT N2 or above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
- Experience in working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural team
