Technical Support Specialist – Supply Chain Management

Detailed Information: 6 Month Contract Position

Required Expertise: Over 7 Years of Experience

Location: Pan India, Remote Work Arrangement

Description:

A highly skilled professional in Oracle EBS R12 technical support is needed to manage multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. Proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports is essential for the ideal candidate.

The successful specialist will efficiently handle inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading. Expert troubleshooting and production issue resolution across Oracle EBS layers are critical requirements.

Candidates must demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interview.

Key Technologies:

Oracle EBS R12

Oracle Forms & Reports

SQL / PL/SQL

Oracle APEX (desired)

Experience in SCM modules for at least 4 years is required
