We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to oversee the storage and management of inventory at our hospital. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock, including medicines, medical equipment, and non-medical items.
  • Regularly update inventory management systems to reflect current stock levels.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of items.
  • Verify the quality and quantity of received goods against purchase orders and invoices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Manager in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
