Job Title: Warehouse Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee warehouse operations in our West Region. The successful candidate will require strong expertise in warehouse operations management, customer handling, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee warehouse operations for the region, ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Owning regional warehouse performance including budgeting, cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Driving efficiency in inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Designing customized operational solutions for customers, optimizing layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers; ensuring service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
  • Leading, training, and motivating the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Utilizing warehouse management systems, and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in financial management, operations design, and customer solutioning.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
