
Senior Contact Centre Operations Manager

The Call Centre Manager plays a vital role in the success of our high-performance contact centre. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional skills and expertise to drive performance, ensure quality service, and lead a team of experienced professionals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Team Leaders and Quality Analysts. They will work closely with other departments to achieve seamless contact centre operations and provide regular reports to management on key performance metrics.
- Lead and oversee a team of experienced professionals to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Communicate goals, performance targets, and expectations effectively to team members.
- Build strong working relationships with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient contact centre operations.
- Provide detailed performance reports and communicate results to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
To succeed in this critical role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, including at least 2 years in a contact centre environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
