Our organization seeks an experienced Virtual Medical Centre Manager to lead the operations of our virtual medical centre. This role requires strong leadership skills, healthcare operations expertise, and the ability to manage multi-functional teams while ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field is required.
- Strong proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.

- Strong leadership and people management abilities are essential for this role.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational mindset are necessary.
- Ability to work across operations, finance, HR, and administration is required.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities is a must.
Centre Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day functioning of the virtual medical centre.
- Manage command centre operations and support for doctors, patients, and paramedics.
- Audit daily activities to ensure compliance and quality.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and support teams for smooth delivery.
Team & People Management:
- Lead a team of professionals across operations, admin, finance, and HR.
- Mentor, guide, and review team performance.
- Encourage professional growth and conduct performance reviews.
Administrative, Financial & HR Oversight:
- Supervise scheduling, office management, and command centre tasks.
- Work with finance teams on payments, collections, and reconciliations.
- Generate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Ensure payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement are handled smoothly.
Strategic & Growth Initiatives:
- Collaborate with senior management on growth and expansion initiatives.
- Identify process improvements and implement enhancements.
- Align operations with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder & Reporting:
- Report centre performance and key metrics to senior management.
- Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain transparency and accountability in all functions.
Experience Required:
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, or operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role.
