Operational Excellence Manager

About the Role:

  • In this role, you will play a pivotal part in onboarding new cluster managers and center managers, guaranteeing a seamless transition.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver targeted solutions.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficient workflows and minimizing bottlenecks.
  • Develop and sustain expertise in operations management, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

 

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
