
International Business Development Lead

As a valued member of our international business division team, you will collaborate closely with senior account directors to serve as a liaison between clients.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all project responsibilities, including revenue management, while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client research needs and objectives.
- Design localized research instruments to support project goals.
- Lead briefing and training sessions for data collection teams.
- Conduct qualitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.
- Monitor data collection and ensure quality control measures are implemented.
- Provide timely and actionable solutions to data collection teams.
- Perform qualitative data analysis and present insights to clients.
Client Servicing:
- Manage all communication with clients efficiently.
- Work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide relevant market information to facilitate client understanding of local markets.
- Proactively discuss issues and offer actionable solutions.
- Accompany clients on field visits and ensure a smooth experience.
- Demonstrate strong team player skills and a supportive attitude.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong inter-team management skills.
- Ability to derive qualitative insights and construct compelling research reports.
- Willngness to travel across India for project management and client visits.
- Experience servicing international clients is preferred.
