Strategic Partnership Development

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our partnership development efforts with Indian colleges and universities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with academic institutions, negotiating Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and articulation agreements for student exchange, twinning programs, and credit transfer opportunities.

This role requires a high level of collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships that promote mutual benefit.

Academic Collaboration and Strategic Planning

Design and implement progression pathways and credit transfer models in collaboration with university academic teams to ensure academic quality and compliance.

Align partnerships with institutional goals to promote strategic collaboration and mutual benefit.

Collaborate with internal and external academic teams to map curriculum compatibility and student eligibility for seamless transitions.

Project Management and Execution

Lead the end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives to deliver timely and high-quality outcomes.

Track project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables to ensure successful project management.

Ensure timely reporting, reviews, and renewal of agreements to maintain partnership integrity.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Serve as the primary liaison between internal leadership, international university partners, and Indian institutions to facilitate open communication and cooperation.

Maintain regular communication with Deans, Registrars, International Office Heads, and Academic Councils of partner institutions to build and maintain strong relationships.
