Enterprise Business Systems Solution Architect Lead

At our organization, we are driving major growth and strategic initiatives through the newly formed Global Business Technology team. We seek a top talent to lead the Enterprise Business Systems - Solution Architect/Team Lead role.

This leader will design, develop, and re-implement GTM systems for future scalability, growth, and standardization.

  • Develop innovative solutions using out-of-the-box functionality in GTM Systems.
  • Collaborate with product lines and delivery management teams to identify features needed in the core product.
  • Establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Create alignment documentation to ensure solution meets requirements.
  • Design requirements for GTM Systems in consultation with internal departments.
  • Coordinate internal departments and external service providers regarding GTM Systems.

Hands-on configuration of GTM Systems, including Salesforce and its ecosystem, throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Work closely with implementation project managers, analysts, and team members to complete implementations per agreed-upon designs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • 5-7 years of experience delivering technical architectures and services for GTM Systems.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and keep pace with business offerings, innovation, and market-driven initiatives.
  • Strong requirements, design, and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills.
  • Good experience with requirements, dev, and PM tools.
  • Understanding of software development/implementation lifecycle processes and technologies.
  • Knowledge of standards and specifications.
