Job Title: Plumbing Systems Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Systems Designer to join our team.

  • Responsible for designing, developing and implementing plumbing systems as per architect's layout and client requirements
  • Creates tender drawings for plumbing systems including waste, soil, rainwater, sprinkler and fire extinguisher
  • Provides calculated notes as required
  • Prepares shop drawings for submission and resubmission
  • Selects and prepares materials for submission
  • Coodinates with suppliers to request quotations and technical documents
  • Takes off BOQ of firefighting and plumbing systems
  • Prepared information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs and construction time
  • Consults with consultants to determine MEP function and spatial requirements
  • Closely coordinates with electrical, mechanical, architectural and structural teams
  • Directs activities of workers engaged in preparing drawing and specification documents
  • Plans project layouts
  • Prepares scale drawings
  • Collaborates with supervisors in preparing technical reports and installation on site
  • Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have 10-25 years of experience in the field and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
