Role Description

We are seeking a skilled B2B sales expert to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, real estate, or related fields, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee assigned coworking space and meet monthly sales targets through client visits, negotiations, and seat closures.
  • Expand existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity for accurate tracking and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with operations team to resolve client issues within the given timeframe.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, launches, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Retain existing customers with excellent post-sales support.
  • Identify new sales opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Effective communication and convincing skills.
  • Desirable experience in commercial real estate.
