Role Description
We are seeking a skilled B2B sales expert to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, real estate, or related fields, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned coworking space and meet monthly sales targets through client visits, negotiations, and seat closures.
- Expand existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue.
- Maintain CRM data integrity for accurate tracking and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with operations team to resolve client issues within the given timeframe.
- Stay updated on competitor activities, launches, pricing, and industry trends.
- Retain existing customers with excellent post-sales support.
- Identify new sales opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Effective communication and convincing skills.
- Desirable experience in commercial real estate.
