Business Process Innovation Expert

Role Overview:

This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions leveraging SAP BTP expertise. As a Business Process Innovation Expert, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing SAP BTP to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project implementation that involves complex process delivery.
  • Design and implement processes using SAP BTP; strive for top-quality results and continuously improve system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Work closely with technical consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality.
  • Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation.
  • Manage complex developments by yourself or guide developers to achieve delivery.
  • Train and transfer knowledge to other team members.
  • Recognize impacts of changes and ensure appropriate due diligence before making changes, and thoroughly test solutions before implementing to avoid reworks.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of SAP BTP working experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in a consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience in BPA, CAPM, Fiori, and UI5 is highly preferred.
  • Advantageous to have Cloud Application Program Model (CAPM) experience.
  • Strong experience in HANA and/or S4HANA developments is required.
  • Experience working in a technical team for project delivery is essential.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a consulting environment as a Technical Developer is necessary.
  • Experience in SAP project implementation in S4 HANA is required.
  • Providing information/advice to the team regarding best practices, industry trends, and feedback on overall performance of processes and tools is essential.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools and evangelizing their value within development teams is necessary.
