As a key member of our global team, you will play a vital role in the full lifecycle of customer journeys from RFPs to transition executions. Your expertise and support will be instrumental in ensuring seamless transitions.

Your responsibilities will encompass customizing and 'fit for purpose' transition solutions and sizing for various RFPs. You will also contribute to creating week-on-week transition ramp-ups and provide inputs for transition budgets based on cost and effort models. Additionally, you will participate in internal reviews to get the transition solution ready and support the creation of transition-related content and presentations for clients' bid defenses.

  • You will support Transition Managers in managing, performing, and executing the Transition Program.
  • You will monitor progress against the transition schedule, timelines, and milestones.
  • You will identify, monitor, and manage any risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register and take appropriate measures.
  • You will ensure Critical Milestones and deliverables are identified and completed on time.

You will also work with various cross-functional track leads for the successful execution of programs/towers, track program/tower level issues with delivery teams and client stakeholders, and support transition closure activities as per the CoE framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess good project management skills and experience working on at least one application transition project. A logical mindset and ability to learn are essential, along with experience with Office Suits (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams). Collaboration and effective communication are crucial, and you must have written, oral, and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 1 year of transition experience. An MBA is required, and Scrum/Agile/PMP/ITIL/Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
