Job Title: Career Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, providing prompt and professional responses, and working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Interaction: Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  2. Response Management: Develop and deliver high-quality responses that meet customer needs and expectations.
  3. Troubleshooting: Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and standards.
  5. Quality Assurance: Work with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with service protocols and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Research and Analysis: Conduct research to provide accurate and relevant information to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
  7. Information Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and materials, maintaining a seamless customer experience.
  8. Record Maintenance: Maintain and update records, files, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  2. Work Experience: 2-3 years of post-graduation experience; preference given to candidates with experience in sales/marketing and healthcare/medical devices/service order management industries.
  3. Skill Set: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Outlook; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a proven capability to make a significant contribution to the business.
  6. Teamwork: Team player with a solution-oriented approach and attitude.
