About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a SAP SuccessFactors specialist. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in HRIS applications and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR staff to design, document, and implement business processes, workflows, output, and data retention requirements.
  • Develop and generate reports on various schedules, from daily to annual basis, using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Facilitate communication between software vendors and our organization to resolve system issues.
  • Maintain data integrity by implementing standards and controls for HRIS applications and databases.
  • Create documentation for systems and procedures.
  • Evaluate HR information system software and hardware needs, designing new or modifying existing systems to meet changing demands.
  • Coordinate implementation plans with the technology department.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in addressing special project needs, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Resolve programming and functionality problems by collaborating with HR and systems personnel.
  • Ensure that human resource systems and applications operate within established standards.
  • Offer guidance and leadership to junior colleagues.
  • Work with business partners to translate key objectives into HR applications and systems.
  • Assess organizational needs, providing diagnoses and recommendations for improvement and intervention, managing solution implementation where necessary.
  • Generate complex reports and perform data management in support of HR activities across multiple HRIS applications.
