About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Professional to join our organization. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and successful execution of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and successful execution of deliverables.
- Support the end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events.
- Assist in handling client meetings and communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
- Manage social media accounts for clients – ensuring consistent, on-brand content and timely updates.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Bring in creative ideas and strategies to enhance clients' digital and offline presence.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams for event-related requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events (agency experience is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of event management and/or production is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and client-friendly.
- Comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings within Bangalore.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships.
