Product Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this exciting role. As a product consultant, you will play a key part in providing exceptional client service and support in our event management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical assistance and answer product questions via phone and email
  • Gather client requirements for future releases of the product
  • Create and maintain all product documentation
  • Implement and manage online portions of client events
  • Communicate with clients and review initial implementations
  • Provide suggestions to improve overall results and help clients meet their goals
  • Document all communication with clients in our CRM software

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate (Class of 2024 or 2025)
