Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead creation and execution of CRM journeys and automations to boost customer conversion and promotional communications for a specific line of business.
  • Manage cross-functional and geographical stakeholder management to deliver on set campaign objectives.
  • Innovate new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability.
  • Partner closely with growth managers, technical and creative colleagues across the organization.
  • Anchors project briefs and serves as single point of contact for campaign execution and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in Ops function at high growth or technology companies.
  • Experience working on SFMC CRM platform highly preferred.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Best-in-class communication skills with ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
