Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow environment to streamline operations.
  • Implement, support, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Configure ServiceNow forms, fields, and workflow processes to optimize efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Expertise in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) module is mandatory.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM Implementation.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, including JavaScript and Glide scripting.
