Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Servicenow CMDB Senior Developer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the Servicenow platform. This position requires a strong background in Servicenow development, with expertise in CMDB configuration, customization, and integration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and support for CMDB & AMDB Servicenow; provide coaching, guidance, training, and support to IT and business stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Servicenow workflows for IT Service Management, Discovery, and Orchestration.
  • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the Servicenow CMDB and its applications.
  • Create user-training material and conduct classroom-style and one-on-one training sessions for our stakeholders.
  • Interface with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
  • Develop applications from business requirements and/or technical design documents.
  • Develop, manage, and test application code, user interface, and third-party integration components using prescribed application development guidelines.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Servicenow Developer Certifications.
  • 6-10 years of Servicenow development experience.
  • Experience developing solutions supporting asset and configuration management.
  • SaaS experience/cloud development experience.
  • Experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML).
  • Strong analytical, estimating, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and learn new concepts quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
