Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and be able to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audit Management: The candidate will be responsible for managing audits mandated by NSE and BSE, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  2. Compliance Calendar: They will create and disseminate the compliance calendar to stakeholders and ensure timely submission of reports.
  3. Circular Implementation: The candidate will oversee the implementation of latest circulars issued by SEBI/Exchanges/Depositories/PFRDA, following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  4. Inspection Handling: They will handle both on-site and off-site inspections of SEBI/stock exchanges, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  5. New Product Launches: The candidate will assist in building new products and processes, providing support for their development and launch.
  6. Governance Dashboard: They will maintain and discuss the monthly governance dashboard with management, identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Liaisoning: The candidate will coordinate with the exchange and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
