Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of complex email and push notification journeys across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio.

Responsibilities include designing and executing behavioral email and push notification journeys for consumers, acting as the single point of contact for technical/functional queries from offshore/nearshore teams, and performing impact analysis, participating in high-level design, and creating detailed design specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Custom Activity Integration and Contact Builder from a development perspective
