We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Servicing Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences in the financial services industry.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, efficient query resolution, and timely coordination of operations such as NAV release, fee calculation, and fund transfers.

  • Develop and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Fund Accountants, Operations, and Finance teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage subscription/redemption requests and fee calculations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and effective issue resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
