Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the delivery of data and AI services to banking and finance clients. The role requires strong management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
    • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects within the banking and finance sector.
    • Lead teams of professionals to ensure timely delivery, financial management, and quality standards.
    • Establish effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
    • Build relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive solutions and insights to drive client success.
  • Data and AI Services:
    • Provide expert consulting services to banking and finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and help clients navigate digital transformation initiatives.
  • Business Development:
    • Lead sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
    • Drive portfolio expansion by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Financial Management:
    • Own a significant portfolio, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate teams of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
  • Innovation and Process Improvement:
    • Assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
