About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design and development of Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to work with our global teams on implementing custom applications using the Canvas and Model Driven frameworks, as well as utilizing out-of-the-box CRM applications for business needs such as case management and task management.

Banking experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Curate and brainstorm approaches to meet client requirements when needed.
  • Meticulously understand client requirements and develop effective solutions using CRM's out-of-the-box components and custom code extensions.
  • Estimate efforts and narrate the pros and cons of different implementation approaches.
  • Develop and customize various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Implement integrations with external systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Understanding of Microsoft's modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and their out-of-the-box features before needing customization.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate statuses and concerns up and down the responsibility hierarchy.
  • Ability to build D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Development expertise in C# and JavaScript for plug-ins and UI logic.
  • Experience in building and releasing solutions.
  • Ability to write clear and understandable technical documentation.
  • Banking experience is preferable.
