Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports to drive business insights.
- Collect, process, and clean data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, APIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting outputs to build trust with stakeholders.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability to meet evolving business needs.
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes where possible to enhance efficiency.
- Document data definitions, metrics, and report logic to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Provide training and support to end users on how to effectively use Power BI dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience querying relational databases.
- Familiarity with Excel, Python, or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
