Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth, acquisition funnels, and LTV-based scaling.
About the Role:
- This role requires a data-driven approach to develop and optimize paid ad strategies across platforms, focusing on ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- The successful candidate will analyze campaign performance and make informed decisions to improve outcomes.
- Owning weekly client reporting and strategic reviews, the specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results.
- Additionally, the candidate will run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages, and proactively pitch budget reallocation and scaling strategies.
Requirements:
- 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing at an agency focused on e-commerce.
- A proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, margins, funnel bottlenecks, and proficiency with Paid Ads tools.
- A strategic mindset, ability to think beyond CTR, and hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation.
What Success Looks Like:
- Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably.
- Reducing CAC without hurting conversions.
- Driving campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory.
