We are seeking a skilled VMS Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
- Screen candidates (must-have skills, rate, location, notice period); run brief skills checks when required.
- Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and audit readiness.
- Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
- Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
- Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.
- Collaborate with U.S. recruiters and offshore sourcers; run concise daily stand-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–6 years in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
- Hands-on with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
- Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
- Clear written and spoken English; consistent U.S. overlap availability.
