About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who has experience with FIX and SWIFT implementations on Linux.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, debugging and resolving of FIX (Appia, TradeScope, QuickFIX) and SWIFT Alliance product implementations on Linux.
  • Maintenance of the production environment stability is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role requires advanced production support and assistance to development staff in troubleshooting application issues related to FIX, SWIFT, and Linux.
  • Performing root cause analysis and participating in weekend on-call support rotations are also essential responsibilities.
  • The candidate will manage patching, upgrades, and other various infrastructure operations on FIX and SWIFT servers.
  • Creating and maintaining clearly detailed system documentation and diagrams to be used as job aids and knowledge transfer material is also a requirement.

Additional Requirements:

  • Providing cross-training to team members and analyzing system performance and capacity statistics to provide recommendations.
  • Maintaining, authoring, and debugging administrative utilities using shell programs (bash, perl) is also required.
  • Conformance to DTCC Incident, Change, and Problem management policies and procedures is a must.
  • Working with development staff and teammates to architect implementation and support solutions is also necessary.
  • Using Jira, Bit Bucket, and Ansible for project and software management is a key responsibility.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.
  • Effectively complete complex projects and installations within aggressive time frames and budget parameters.
