System Engineers with a strong passion for Linux are needed to join our Managed Services team.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced System Engineer to design, manage, and maintain highly available and secure enterprise infrastructure environments. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who thrives in complex IT environments and enjoys troubleshooting.

This role involves building and maintaining robust Linux systems (RedHat, Ubuntu, Debian) using industry-leading best practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation and scripting (Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible), as well as strong exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement highly available and secure Linux-based infrastructure environments
  • Manage and support complex IT issues through consultative and technical leadership
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools
  • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure 24x7 availability
  • Collaborate closely with application vendors and cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in Linux system engineering (RedHat/Ubuntu/Debian)
  • Hands-on experience in Managed Services environments (L3 support level)
  • Strong exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure
  • Experience in automation and scripting (Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems

The perfect candidate will have ITIL Foundation certification and be familiar with industry-standard practices for IT service management.
