Senior Data and Analytics Leader

This role is a key position that requires extensive experience in leading data and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize customer relationships by ranking them based on strategic importance, urgency, etc.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across the portfolio to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Regularly monitor resource utilization to avoid overallocation or underutilization.
  • Track project progress and ensure projects are on track with their timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Generate detailed reports highlighting progress, risks, and necessary adjustments.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project statuses, potential risks, and changes to the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance around service level and contractual obligations.
  • Focus on delivery teams' performance scorecards and implement process improvements to drive delivery excellence, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
