We are seeking a skilled Pega transformation leader to drive business growth and excellence in our organization.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing strategies to enhance existing Pega business, leveraging solutions to drive sales opportunities, and cultivating new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to grow existing Pega business.
  • Support sales initiatives by translating solutions into compelling value propositions for clients.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and administer questionnaires to support pre-sales activities.
  • Cultivate expertise across various Pega product landscapes to complement Pega solutions and support client requirements.
  • Lead initial assessments and discovery discussions to translate client needs into workable Pega solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA (preferred)
  • Pega certifications (preferred)
  • 5+ years of Pega practice and business development experience
  • Background in big consultancy firms
  • Superior strategic and financial acumen
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Leadership development and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
