We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Director of Procurement and Digital Transformation.

About This Opportunity

This is a high-profile position that requires exceptional leadership skills and experience in driving digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and implementing large-scale process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that drive business value through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and technology solutions using GenAI, RPA, and VBA/SQL/Python.
  • IDentify, plan, and deliver Digital/CI projects/Roadmap, working with cross-functional global leads, including digital delivery teams, and client leadership successfully.
  • Manage account relationships or report to an account manager, with responsibility for planning and delivering strategies.

This role involves:

  • Driving continuous improvement, delivery on committed productivity, productivity improvement in accounts, and Bad Bench reduction.
  • Championing the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.
  • Supporting operational excellence, automation, and implementing best practices and driving efficiency and standardization as approved.
  • Assessing new laws, policies, and practices, organization changes, and their impact on Global Processes and communicating such changes and impact to clients.
  • Leading and being responsible for all trainings and knowledge transfer relating to GPO Services.
  • Creating Transformation Road Maps and delivering projects aligned with clients.
  • Deploying RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma, COE projects for mitigating process issues and improving Operational efficiencies identified across towers.
  • Designing, implementing, testing, and completing all In-Scope CI Projects.
  • Engaging and leveraging Lean Six Sigma practices and processes.
  • Supporting Operations to meet key transformation objectives of clients and deliver required business value, productivity.
  • Identifying and logging Issues and Incidents, performing Root Cause Analysis, determining root causes leading to Issues, recommending process and System improvements, and resolving Issues and Incidents.
  • Managing client relationships and delivering transformation roadmaps.
  • Leading large teams for transformation resources to deliver programs.
  • Driving deployment of AIML tools in operations to improve process performance, metric improvement, and deliver business value.
