**Job Description:**

The Chief Manager will oversee end-to-end issuance and fulfillment of new business, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective engagement with distribution teams. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and expertise in Bancassurance or Banking Operations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage WIP (Work-In-Progress) to meet monthly targets, driving daily traction and clearance through hub teams.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business quality measures and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with AxisMaxlife and IRDAI norms, maintaining accurate records and updating SOPs as needed.
  • Deliver reports and analysis on key business parameters, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to automate reports and improve overall performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Management.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience, with 5 years in relationship management and Banca operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of Bancassurance or Banking Operations Model, including operations processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project initiatives.
