Partner Operations Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Partner Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the list of active certifications.
  • Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements.
  • Manage and triage help desk requests with clients.
  • Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting on partner center metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions and ensure offer attachment.
  • Identify opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution.
  • Ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting.
  • Support preparation and execution of QBRs and EBCs.
