Job Title: Business Development Manager

Bid Management - A Dynamic Career Opportunity

  • This is a high-growth career opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Bid Manager.
  • We are seeking an experienced individual with expertise in managing the end-to-end bid process.
About This Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in proposal preparation, ensuring quality, and compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner. They will be responsible for tracking Tenders/RFPs for new bids/design competitions, managing the bidding process, forming consortia with partner firms, preparing bid documents, and following up with clients/partners till bid submission.

The selected candidate will also be required to prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the pre-bid minutes. Additionally, they will compile the Technical and Financial Bid, process Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till the end. For successful bids, they will manage work delivery between partners and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Responsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, and compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner.
  • Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids/design competitions, identifying opportunities and threats.
  • Manage the bidding process, form consortia with partner firms, prepare bid documents, and follow up with clients/partners till bid submission.
  • Prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the pre-bid minutes.
  • Compilation of the Technical and Financial Bid.
  • Process Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till the end.

Requirements:
  • Must have 2+ years experience in Bid, tender, RFP in System Integration, IT/Manpower, Website Development/Mobile Application, Social Media, BPO/Call Centre.
  • Prior experience in GeM and other government bid portals.
  • Good knowledge of RFPs is required.
  • Strong relationships with OEMs are preferred.
