About the Position

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Vice President / Director of Coding Operations. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as operations management, analytical skills, team management, budgeting, and customer service to ensure effective coding operations.

  • Operations management: Supervise daily coding operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analytical skills: Use data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Team management: Lead and manage a team of coders to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Customer service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • Operations Management and Budgeting skills.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Team Management and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • AAPC or AHIMA credentials.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15+ yrs experience in Medical coding industry is mandatory.
