Job Title: Customer Experience Innovation Specialist

At our organization, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Product Management Intern.

As a Product Management Intern, you will play a key role in understanding customer pain points and market needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for product growth, scope out product requirements, and work on collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Converting unstructured problems into structured ones and communicating them effectively to relevant stakeholders through verbal and written media.
  • Working closely with design and engineering teams to build low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that elevate customer experience.
  • Testing and releasing product features by coordinating with the QA team.
  • Analyzing product performance and adoption post-launch to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
  • Prior software/web development experience and working knowledge of Agile Scrum framework.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
