Job Title: Travel Expense Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Travel Expense Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing travel expenses, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze travel expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve travel expense management and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate policy updates and changes.
  • Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and developments, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience working with Concur or similar T&E management systems.
  • Familiarity with corporate card programs and experience in card administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to provide exceptional support to end-users.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, focusing on Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of travel industry regulations, expense policies, and reporting compliance is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and process changes.
  • Language Requirements: English required; French or German required (prefer both)
