Strategic Execution Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Execution Lead to act as the founder's right-hand person. The ideal candidate will own high-priority projects and initiatives, translate vision into tangible action, and ensure timely execution of key business strategies.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong cross-functional coordination. As the Strategic Execution Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Partnership with the Founder: Act as the founder's right-hand by owning high-priority projects and initiatives across the company. You will represent the founder in internal discussions as needed.
  • Execution Leadership: Translate the company's vision into actionable plans by ensuring timely and high-quality execution of key business strategies. Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks across various functions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with all departments to streamline operations, foster collaboration, and identify areas for operational and strategic improvement.
  • Branding & Communication Oversight: Lead the branding team, focusing on expanding brand reach, refining the communication strategy, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Project & Meeting Management: Participate in leadership and strategic meetings, prepare briefings and follow-ups, and ensure accountability and alignment on action items.
  • Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support critical decision-making processes for both the founder and the leadership team.

  • The ability to translate a broad vision into actionable execution plans.

  • Expertise in branding, communication strategy, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Strong project management skills, including preparing briefings and ensuring accountability.
  • The ability to provide data-driven insights to support critical decision-making.
