Job Overview
Role Responsibilities
- Assess customer requirements and develop customer database
- Establish product strategy for assigned territory or account
- Identify and maintain key customer relationships
- Market survey and competitor analysis
- Generate and attend new inquiries, prepare sales negotiation data sheet
- Prepare and submit model elevator proposal, tenders, and attend negotiation meetings
- Negotiate and finalize orders, process orders received
- Meet customer targets and achieve minimum 90% target set for the year
- Promote Gen2 bookings and coordinate SIP meetings
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution to complaints
