Job Overview

Role Responsibilities

  • Assess customer requirements and develop customer database
  • Establish product strategy for assigned territory or account
  • Identify and maintain key customer relationships
  • Market survey and competitor analysis
  • Generate and attend new inquiries, prepare sales negotiation data sheet
  • Prepare and submit model elevator proposal, tenders, and attend negotiation meetings
  • Negotiate and finalize orders, process orders received
  • Meet customer targets and achieve minimum 90% target set for the year
  • Promote Gen2 bookings and coordinate SIP meetings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution to complaints
