Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our consulting team in delivering world-class services to international clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of consulting delivery, client management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consulting engagements across various service lines including GST, IGST, exports, subsidy management, MCA compliance, and corporate consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory services to clients ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations guiding junior staff to achieve deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development initiatives.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring systems, and client reporting tools.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, chartered accountant's office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Strong knowledge areas include GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business; MBA/CA Inter preferred.
  • Enthusiastic leader who is hungry for growth, detail-oriented, and passionate about building consulting excellence.
