Pharma Tooling Service Manager

Job Description:

The Pharma Tooling Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing service operations for press part tooling customers. This includes ensuring timely execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and resolving customer complaints proactively.

This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and 8-10 years of experience in the pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage service operations for press part tooling customers
  • Handle AMC contracts and ensure timely execution
  • Resolve customer complaints with a proactive approach
  • Coordinate across departments for smooth service delivery
  • Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance
